We guarantee a full refund if we sent you the wrong item(s) in error or if the item(s) is faulty. You must immediately email the company and let us know what happened so we may resolve the issue of either a replacement or a refund. The item(s) must be sent back in a timely manner (one business day) for us to issue a refund/replacement. Once the item(s) are in the possession of the U.S.P.S you must email the company and send us the tracking number, once it is received we will mail the correct item(s) or refund you
